Changing tube line at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street
Canada Water station exit – You can use a lift between the platforms and the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use an escalator from the London Overground platforms, or two escalators from the Jubilee line platforms. After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the bus station exit (or three flights of stairs: 11 steps up +2x12 steps up), but you must use three flights of stairs to the Surrey Quays Road exit (3x12 steps up)

Peak and off-peak journey times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.
