David Gray is heading off on his 52-date Past & Present Tour to mark the release of his brand-new album Dear Life.

Gray is best-known for the phenomenally successful White Ladder. With big hits like Babylon, This Year's Love, Please Forgive Me, Sail Away and Say Hello, Wave Goodbye, it turned it into the 10th best-selling British album of the 21st century.

Critics have hailed his thirteenth studio album as "a brooding triumph" and even compared it to White Ladder. "It's the result of a starburst of song writing," explained Gray, and explores the themes of love and heartbreak, reality vs illusion, mortality and faith, and loss and acceptance. "It just seemed like the gods of song writing were being kind."

The UK leg of the Past & Present Tour will run from March to May and take in iconic venues like the London Palladium and Royal Albert Hall. The setlist will include new songs from Dear Life alongside fan favourites and classics from his back catalogue.

Suppport during the UK and European leg of the tour will be Talia Rae, who worked with Gray on the lead single Plus & Minus.
