Your comments and questions

Step Gerzon Does the Docklands Light Railway leave from the main Lewisham train station, or is there another station in Lewisham that the DLR leaves from?

Staff Hi Step. The DLR entrance is completely separate from the main station, but it's only sixty seconds walk between the two

Marina Are there taxis at Lewisham station or just mini cabs?

Staff Hi Marina. There is a taxi rank outside the station, so you might find a taxi waiting there. Minicabs aren't supposed to pick people up without being ordered first, so there shouldn't really be any empty minicabs there

Peter Harris Where can I pick up elderly people in my car who are arriving at the DLR station at Lewisham?

Staff Hi Peter. Looking on street view theres nowhere to park directly outside the station. Just a taxi rank and a road with double yellows. Youd have to find somewhere to park on one of the surrounding streets

DON EMMANUEL Yes , Why Lewisham DLR platforms have not got with controlled Tickets Barriers ? As it is now it looks like anyone con travel from Lewisham DLR without a ticket without having to enter through controlled ticket barriers.

Staff Hi Don. The suburban station where I get on hasn't got any barriers either. I suppose their thinking is that most people will still have to pass through a barrier at the end of their journey. And if someone's really planning to dodge their fare then a low barrier probably wouldn't stop them anyway
