The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train. Willesden Junction has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Westminster entrance – There’s a lift between the Bridge Street northside entrance and the booking hall (or 16 steps down), or one flight of stairs from the Westminster Pier entrance (5 steps up), or three flights from the Parliament Street eastside entrance (10 steps down +12 steps down +12 steps up), or four flights from the Parliament Street westside entrance (2x12 steps down +4 steps up +12 steps up), or five flights from the Westminster Bridge entrance (13 steps down +14 steps down +15 steps down +11 steps up +5 steps up). After that there’s another lift down to the Circle/District line platforms (or 2x14 steps down), or a lift down to the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts down to the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators)
Changing trains at Baker Street – Changing between the Bakerloo/Jubilee line is on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs for eastbound changes on the Circle/Metropolitan/H&C line (8 steps down +21 steps down) or three flights of stairs for westbound changes on the Circle/Metropolitan/H&C line (8 steps down +2x10 steps down)

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.

Walking – We don’t recommend walking as they are 5¾ miles apart
By bus – A single ticket is £1.75 (you may need more than one bus). The daily cap is £5.25 and a 1-day travelcard is £6 – Bus fares
By taxi – A 5¾ mile ride should cost you about £31 to £42 and take anything from 26-39 minutes
