Warren Street is not wheelchair accessible. The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Warren Street entrance – You must use two escalators between the entrance and the platforms, or seven flights of stairs if you want to avoid the escalators to the Victoria line (3 steps down +4x17 steps down +16 steps down +3 steps down), or five flights of stairs if you want to avoid the escalators to the Northern line (3 steps down +2x17 steps down +4 steps down +20 steps down)
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts
Westminster exit – There’s a lift from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (or 2x14 steps up), or a lift from the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts from the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators).
