The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Walthamstow Central entrance – The Selborne Road entrance and the booking hall are on the level, but you must use four flights of stairs from the Priory Avenue/car park entrances (20 steps down +10 steps down +10 steps up +20 steps up). After that there’s an escalator plus two flights of stairs to the platforms (20 steps down +10 steps down). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another five flights of stairs (3 steps +3x17 steps +13 steps)
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts
Westminster exit – There’s a lift from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (or 2x14 steps up), or a lift from the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts from the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators). The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
