Stratford entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the Central/London Overground platforms (or two flights of 14 stairs), but two lifts between the entrance and the DLR/Jubilee line platforms (or two escalators, or four flights of 14 stairs)
Changing trains at Mile End – Changing between the Central/District/H&C line is on the same platform if the trains are running in the same direction, but you must use stairs if they are running in the opposite direction
Tower Hill exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs to the Jubilee Walk exit (2x14 steps up), or three flights of stairs to the Trinity Square exit (12 steps up +9 steps up +15 steps up)
