Stairs, lifts and escalators
Sloane Square is not wheelchair accessible. The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Sloane Square entrance – You must use stairs between the entrance and the platforms (20 steps down +14 steps down +16 steps down to the eastbound platform, or 12 steps down +7 steps down +12 steps down +17 steps down to the westbound platform)
Westminster exit – There’s a lift from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (or 2x14 steps up), or a lift from the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts from the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators). After that there’s another lift to the Bridge Street northside exit (or 16 steps up), or one flight of stairs to the Westminster Pier exit (5 steps down), or three flights to the Parliament Street eastside exit (12 steps up +12 steps up +10 steps down), or four flights to the Parliament Street westside exit (12 steps up +4 steps down +2x12 steps down), or five flights to the Westminster Bridge exit (5 steps up +11 steps up +15 steps up +14 steps down +13 steps down)

Stairs, lifts and escalators
The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train. Sloane Square has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Westminster entrance – There’s a lift between the Bridge Street northside entrance and the booking hall (or 16 steps down), or one flight of stairs from the Westminster Pier entrance (5 steps up), or three flights from the Parliament Street eastside entrance (10 steps down +12 steps down +12 steps up), or four flights from the Parliament Street westside entrance (2x12 steps down +4 steps up +12 steps up), or five flights from the Westminster Bridge entrance (13 steps down +14 steps down +15 steps down +11 steps up +5 steps up). After that there’s another lift down to the Circle/District line platforms (or 2x14 steps down), or a lift down to the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts down to the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators)
Sloane Square exit – There’s an escalator between the westbound platform and the exit (or four flights of 12, 7, 12 and 17 stairs), but you must use three flights of steps from the eastbound platform (20, 14 and 16 stairs)
Cash, Contactless, Oyster & Travelcard fares
The journey is in zone 1. The cheapest fare is £2.80 off-peak (£2.90 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
Other ways to travel between Sloane Square and Westminster
Walking – The distance is roughly 1½ miles on foot, which would take about 28-31 minutes
By bus – A single ticket is £1.75 (you may need more than one bus). The daily cap is £5.25 and a 1-day travelcard is £6 – Bus fares
By taxi – 1½ miles will cost around £11.60 to £19.60 and take about 8-17 minutes
By car – Parking near Sloane Square station
