Poplar is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Sloane Square is not wheelchair accessible

Poplar entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (8 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)

Sloane Square exit – There’s an escalator between the westbound platform and the exit (or four flights of 12, 7, 12 and 17 stairs), but you must use three flights of steps from the eastbound platform (20, 14 and 16 stairs)

The journey is in zones 1-2. The cheapest fare is £2.80 off-peak (£3.40 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
