Plaistow entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the westbound platform (2x15 steps down), and three flights to the eastbound platform (2 steps down +2x14 steps down)

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

West India Quay exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +4x11 steps down)
