After that there’s another two escalators down to the Bakerloo and Victoria line platforms, or two escalators plus one flight of stairs down to the Central line platforms (20 steps down)
Changing trains at Mile End – Changing between the Central/District/H&C line is on the same platform if the trains are running in the same direction, but you must use stairs if they are running in the opposite direction
Upton Park exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (16 steps up +15 steps up)
