Oval is not wheelchair accessible

The DLR and Jubilee lines at Stratford are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Central and Elizabeth lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train

Oval entrance – There’s an escalator between the entrance and the northbound platform, but you must use an escalator plus one flight of stairs to the southbound platform (21 steps down). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another five flights of stairs (20 steps down +2x26 steps down +28 steps down +4 steps up)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Stratford exit – There’s a lift between the Central/​London Overground platforms and the exit (or two flights of 14 stairs), but two lifts between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms and the exit (or two escalators, or four flights of 14 stairs)
