New Cross entrance – There’s a level access ramp between the entrance and the platforms

Changing trains at Stratford – You must use an escalator when changing between the DLR and Jubilee lines, but you can use a lift for all other platform changes

Pudding Mill Lane exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (2x16 steps down)
