New Cross has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Marylebone entrance – The entrance and the National Rail platforms are on the level, but you must use an escalator and a flight of stairs to the underground platforms (19 steps down). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another eight flights of stairs (3 steps down +6x17 steps down +16 steps down)

Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform

New Cross exit – There’s a level access ramp between the platforms and the exit

Marylebone exit – The National Rail platforms and the exit are on the level, but you must use a flight of stairs and an escalator from the underground platforms (19 steps up). The journey is in zones 1-2. The cheapest fare is £2.80 off-peak (£3.40 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles
