Leyton entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Leyton High Road entrance and the platforms (14 steps down +13 steps down), but four flights of stairs from the car park entrance (13 steps up +14 steps up +14 steps down +13 steps down)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Oval exit – There’s an escalator from the northbound platform to the exit, but you must use an escalator plus one flight of stairs from the southbound platform (21 steps up). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another five flights of stairs (4 steps down +28 steps up +2x26 steps up +20 steps up)
