Lambeth North entrance – There’s a lift plus one flight of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (20 steps down). If you want to avoid the lift then you can use another seven flights of stairs (13 steps down +3 steps down +3x17 steps down +16 steps down +20 steps down)

Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

West India Quay exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +4x11 steps down)
