Kew Gardens has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train). Northfields is not wheelchair accessible

Kew Gardens entrance – There is level access between the Station Avenue entrance and the eastbound platform, and the North Road entrance and the westbound platform, but there are three flights of stairs between the Station Avenue entrance and the westbound platform (2x11 steps down +15 steps up), and three flights of stairs between the North Road entrance and the eastbound platform (15 steps down +2x11 steps up)

Changing trains at Hammersmith – Changing between the Circle and H&C line platforms, or the District and Piccadilly line platforms, are all on the level, but you must use a lift and walk 520 metres outside in the street to change between the Circle/​H&C platforms and District/​Piccadilly platforms

Northfields exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (15 steps up +16 steps up)
