Kew Gardens entrance – There is level access between the Station Avenue entrance and the eastbound platform, and the North Road entrance and the westbound platform, but there are three flights of stairs between the Station Avenue entrance and the westbound platform (2x11 steps down +15 steps up), and three flights of stairs between the North Road entrance and the eastbound platform (15 steps down +2x11 steps up)

Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Mudchute exit – There’s a level access ramp between the platforms and the exit
