New Cross Gate has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Kentish Town entrance – There’s an escalator between the entrance and the Northern northbound platform, plus another two flights of stairs to the Northern southbound platform (2x11 steps down). There are four flights of stairs between the entrance and the National Rail platforms (9 steps up +3x12 steps down)
Changing trains at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street
New Cross Gate exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (16 steps up +11 steps up +2 steps down)
