Kennington is not wheelchair accessible. Regent’s Park is not wheelchair accessible
Kennington entrance – You have to use a lift and one flight of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (19 steps down). If you want to avoid the lift then you have to use another five flights of stairs (21 steps down +2x19 steps down +17 steps down +3 steps down)
Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform
Regent’s Park exit – There’s a lift from the northbound platform to the booking hall, or a lift plus two flights of stairs from the southbound platform (8 steps down +20 steps up). After that there’s another two flights of stairs from the booking hall to the exit (15 steps up +20 steps up)
