Island Gardens station entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +8 steps down +3x12 steps down)

Changing tube line at Poplar – You can use a lift when changing between the DLR platforms

Changing tube line at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Manor House station exit – You must use an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. After that you must use one flight of stairs to the Green Lanes westside exit (18 steps up), or two flights to the Green Lanes eastside exit (8 steps up +17 steps up), or two flights to the Finsbury Park exit (10 steps up +19 steps up), or two flights to the Manor House Corner exit (16 steps up +17 steps up), or two flights to the Seven Sisters Road exits (9 steps up +18 steps up)

Changing tube line at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Island Gardens station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (3x12 steps up +8 steps up +12 steps up)

Tube fare between Island Gardens and Manor House

This tube journey is in Oyster zones 1-2. The cheapest fare is £2.80 off-peak (£3.40 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There’s no return fare, you just pay the same as two single tickets

Peak and off-peak journey times

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter what time your journey ends.
