After that you must use an escalator down to the platforms. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use eight flights of stairs (3 steps down +7x17 steps down)

Changing tube line at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Southwark station exit – There’s a lift from the platforms to the booking hall (or two escalators, or one flight of 14 stairs), plus another lift to the exit (or two flights of 15 and 7 stairs)
