Heron Quays is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Whitechapel is not wheelchair accessible

Heron Quays entrance – You must use an escalator plus a lift between the entrance and the platforms. Or you can use five flights of stairs instead (11 steps up +2x12 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Changing trains at Shadwell – You must use stairs when changing between the DLR and London Overground platforms

Whitechapel exit – There are lifts up from the London Overground, District and Hammersmith & City platforms, and escalators from the Elizabeth line
