Stairs, lifts and escalators

Heron Quays is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Wembley Central has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Heron Quays entrance – You must use an escalator plus a lift between the entrance and the platforms. Or you can use five flights of stairs instead (11 steps up +2x12 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform

Wembley Central exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (17 steps up +16 steps up)
