Heathrow T4 station entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use an escalator or two flights of stairs (15 steps down +9 steps down)

Changing tube line at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Walthamstow Central station exit – There’s an escalator plus two flights of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (10 steps up +20 steps up). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another five flights of stairs (13 steps +3x17 steps +3 steps). After that there’s another four flights of stairs to the Priory Avenue/​car park exits (20 steps up +10 steps up +10 steps down +20 steps down), but the Selborne Road exit is on the level

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter what time your journey ends.
