Heathrow T4 is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Surrey Quays is not wheelchair accessible

Heathrow T4 entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use an escalator or two flights of stairs (15 steps down +9 steps down)

Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Surrey Quays exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (10 steps up +15 steps up)
