West India Quay is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Gloucester Road entrance – You must use a lift plus two flights of stairs between the entrance and the Piccadilly line platforms (12 steps down +15 steps down), or three flights of stairs to the Circle/​District line platforms (3x12 steps down to the Circle and District eastbound, or 17 steps down +12 steps down +11 steps down to the District westbound)

Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

West India Quay exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +4x11 steps down)
