The Elizabeth line at Farringdon is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train.. Wapping is not wheelchair accessible

Farringdon entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (12 steps down +16 steps down)

Changing trains at Whitechapel – You can use escalators from the Elizbeth line, and lifts from all the other platforms

Wapping exit – You must use one lift and three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (21 steps up +4 steps up +2 steps down), or eight flights of stairs if you want to avoid the lift (21 steps up +12 steps up +15 steps up +12 steps up +3x15 steps up +2 steps up)
