Euston station entrance – You can use an escalator between the entrance and the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use four flights of stairs (3 steps down +2x17 steps down +8 steps down). After that you can use an escalator down to the Victoria line and Bank branch of the Northern line platforms, or an escalator plus two flights of stairs to the Charing Cross branch of the Northern line (14 steps down +13 steps down)
Changing tube line at Oxford Circus – Changing between the Bakerloo northbound and Victoria northbound platforms, or the Bakerloo southbound and Victoria southbound platforms, is on the level, but you must use one flights of 20 stairs for all other platform changes
Regent’s Park station exit – There’s a lift from the northbound platform to the booking hall, or a lift plus two flights of stairs from the southbound platform (8 steps down +20 steps up). After that there’s another two flights of stairs from the booking hall to the exit (15 steps up +20 steps up)

Peak and off-peak journey times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
