From the Elephant & Castle northside entrance you must use a lift plus four flights of stairs to the Northern line southbound platform (20 steps down +18 steps up +5 steps down +20 steps up), or a lift plus three flights of stairs to the Northern line northbound platform (20 steps down +18 steps up +15 steps up), or a lift plus one flight of stairs to the Bakerloo line platforms (20 steps down)
Changing trains at Moorgate – You must use an escalator when changing between the Circle/Metropolitan/H&C eastbound platforms and the Northern line. You must use stairs for all other platform changes
Tower Hill exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs to the Jubilee Walk exit (2x14 steps up), or three flights of stairs to the Trinity Square exit (12 steps up +9 steps up +15 steps up)
