The Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines at Hammersmith are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Piccadilly line only has step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
East Finchley entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (2x15 steps up)
Changing trains at King’s Cross St. Pancras – There’s a lift when changing between the platforms
Hammersmith exit – The Circle/H&C line platforms and the exits are all on the level, but you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) between the District/Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Broadway southside, Queen Caroline Street eastside and Butterwick Bus & Coach Station exits. And you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) followed by four flights of stairs (20 steps up +8 steps down +2x13 steps down) between the District/Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Bridge Road exit
