If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (9 steps down +12 steps down +11 steps down to the Central line, or 9 steps down +3 steps down +2x11 steps down to District platforms 7&8, or 9 steps down +3 steps down +8 steps down +11 steps down to District platform 9)
Changing tube line at Ealing Common – Changing between the eastbound District and eastbound Piccadilly platforms, or westbound District and westbound Piccadilly platforms, is on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs to change between the eastbound District and westbound Piccadilly platforms, or the westbound District and eastbound Piccadilly platforms (9 steps +20 steps)
