The Elizabeth line at Farringdon is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train.

Dollis Hill entrance – There’s a ramp from the Chapter Road entrance to the booking hall, but you must use two flights of stairs from the Burnley Road entrance (4 steps down +5 steps down). After that there’s another two flights of stairs to the platforms (12 steps up +13 steps up)

Changing trains at Finchley Road – Changing between the Jubilee northbound and Metropolitan northbound, and the Jubilee southbound and Metropolitan southbound platforms is on the level, but you must use stairs to change between the northbound/​southbound platforms

Farringdon exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (16 steps up +12 steps up)
