Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Plaistow exit – You must use two flights of stairs from the westbound platform to the exit (2x15 steps up), and three flights from the eastbound platform (2x14 steps up +2 steps up)
