Stairs, lifts and escalators

Deptford Bridge is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Mile End is not wheelchair accessible

Deptford Bridge entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can five flights of stairs instead (5x10 steps down)

Changing trains at Stratford – You must use an escalator when changing between the DLR and Jubilee lines, but you can use a lift for all other platform changes

Mile End exit – You must use two flights of stairs from the platforms to the booking hall (19 steps up +4 steps up from the eastbound, and 11 steps up +12 steps up from the westbound platform). After that tou must use another two flights of stairs to the exit (15 steps up +7 steps up)
