Clapham South is not wheelchair accessible. New Cross Gate has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Clapham South entrance – There’s an escalator between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use six flights of stairs (6x17 steps down). There’s no lift

Changing trains at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/​Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street

New Cross Gate exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (16 steps up +11 steps up +2 steps down)
