Chalk Farm station entrance – You must use a lift plus one flight of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (20 steps down). If you want to avoid the lift then you can use another five flights of stairs (3 steps down +4 steps down +12 steps down +2x17 steps down)

Changing tube line at Waterloo – You must use an escalator when changing trains from the Jubilee line platforms. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Bakerloo northbound platform, but there’s an escalator when changing trains from the Bakerloo southbound platform

Changing tube line at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Greenwich station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (14 stairs up +7 stairs up +10 stairs up)
