Pontoon Dock is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Cannon Street entrance – The entrance on Dowgate Hill to the booking hall is on the level, but there’s a flight of stairs from the Cannon Street entrance (11 steps down). After that you can use a lift from the booking hall to the westbound platform (or two flights of 10 steps down), but you’ll have to use stairs to the eastbound platform (2x12 steps down)

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Pontoon Dock exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit

1. From Pontoon Dock take the Docklands Light Railway
2. Leave train at Tower Gateway and walk 3 mins to Tower Hill
3. Change at Tower Hill to the Circle Line
