Cutty Sark is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Cannon Street entrance – The entrance on Dowgate Hill to the booking hall is on the level, but there’s a flight of stairs from the Cannon Street entrance (11 steps down). After that you can use a lift from the booking hall to the westbound platform (or two flights of 10 steps down), but you’ll have to use stairs to the eastbound platform (2x12 steps down)

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Cutty Sark exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two escalators instead

This journey is in zones 1&2 and you’ll have to use the DLR and Circle lines, changing trains at Tower Hill

  1. From Cutty Sark take the Docklands Light Railway
  2. Leave train at Tower Gateway and walk 3 mins to Tower Hill
  3. Change at Tower Hill to the Circle Line
  4. Leave the train at Cannon Street
