Canning Town is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Moorgate is not wheelchair accessible

Canning Town entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can get an escalator to the Jubilee line platforms, or two escalators to the DLR platforms

Changing trains at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/​Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street

Moorgate exit – You must use an escalator plus one flight of stairs from the Northern line platforms to the booking hall (20 steps up), or five flights of stairs from the westbound Circle/​H&C /​Metropolitan platforms (10 steps down +9 steps down +8 steps down +14 steps up +17 steps up), but the eastbound Circle eastbound/​H&C/​Metropolitan platforms are on the level. If you came from the Moorfields westside entrance then you will have an extra three flights of stairs to the platforms (7 steps down +16 steps down +7 steps down). After that you will have another three flights of stairs to the exits (7 steps up +16 steps up +7 steps up to Moorfields westside, or 8 steps up +9 steps up +8 steps up to Moorfields eastside and Moorgate westside, or 10 steps up +6 steps up +13 steps up to Moorgate eastside)

After that you must use an escalator plus one flight of stairs to the Northern line platforms (20 steps down), or five flights of stairs to the westbound Circle/​H&C /​Metropolitan platforms (14 steps down +17 steps down +8 steps up +9 steps up +10 steps up), but the eastbound Circle eastbound/​H&C/​Metropolitan platforms are on the level. Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Canning Town exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can get an escalator from the Jubilee line platforms, or two escalators from the DLR platforms

The journey is in zones 1-3. The cheapest fare is £3 off-peak (£3.70 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
