If you want to avoid this second lift then you can use one escalator down to the London Overground platforms, or two escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms

Rotherhithe exit – You must use three flights of stairs (15, 9, 15 steps up) plus an escalator (or three flights of 12, 13, 12 steps up) from the platforms to the exit
