Canada Water entrance – There’s a lift between the bus station entrance and the booking hall (or three flights of stairs: 2x12 steps down +11 steps down), but you must use three flights of stairs from the Surrey Quays Road entrance (3x12 steps down). After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the platforms. If you want to avoid this second lift then you can use one escalator down to the London Overground platforms, or two escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms

Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/​District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)

Mansion House exit – You must two flights of stairs from the westbound platform to the booking hall (17 steps up +6 steps up), or three flights from the eastbound platform (12 steps up +11 steps up +21 steps up). After that you must use two flights of stairs to the Garlick Hill entrance (15 steps up +9 steps up), or two flights to the Queen Victoria Street westside exit (15 steps up +9 steps up), or two flights to the Queen Victoria Street/​Cannon Street northside exit (4 steps up +20 steps up), or three flights to the Queen Victoria Street/​Cannon Street southside exit (4 steps up +12 steps up +7 steps up), or three flights to the Bow Lane exit (4 steps up +12 steps up +13 steps up)

Canada Water exit – You can use a lift between the platforms and the booking hall. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use an escalator from the London Overground platforms, or two escalators from the Jubilee line platforms. After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the bus station exit (or three flights of stairs: 11 steps up +2x12 steps up), but you must use three flights of stairs to the Surrey Quays Road exit (3x12 steps up)

The journey is in zones 1-2. The cheapest fare is £2.80 off-peak (£3.40 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles
