Goldhawk Road is not wheelchair accessible

Canada Water entrance – There’s a lift between the bus station entrance and the booking hall (or three flights of stairs: 2x12 steps down +11 steps down), but you must use three flights of stairs from the Surrey Quays Road entrance (3x12 steps down). After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the platforms. If you want to avoid this second lift then you can use one escalator down to the London Overground platforms, or two escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms

Changing trains at Baker Street – Changing between the Bakerloo/​Jubilee line is on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs for eastbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +21 steps down) or three flights of stairs for westbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +2x10 steps down)

Goldhawk Road exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the eastbound platform and the exit (3x14 steps down), and four flights from the westbound platform (13 steps down +2x12 steps down +5 steps down)
