Canada Water station entrance – There’s a lift between the bus station entrance and the booking hall (or three flights of stairs: 2x12 steps down +11 steps down), but you must use three flights of stairs from the Surrey Quays Road entrance (3x12 steps down). After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the platforms. If you want to avoid this second lift then you can use one escalator down to the London Overground platforms, or two escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms
Changing tube line at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Peak and off-peak journey times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
