Changing between the Northern southbound platform via London Bridge, and the Victoria southbound platform, is also on the level. But you must use stairs for all other changes
Highbury & Islington exit – You must use two flights of stairs plus an escalator from the Victoria line platforms to the exit (2x17 steps up). If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another five flights of stairs (7 steps up +3x17 steps up +3 steps up). But you can use a lift from the London Overground platforms to the exit. The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
