Bromley-By-Bow has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)
Bounds Green entrance – You must use an escalator between the entrance and the platforms. There is no lift. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use seven flights of stairs (3 steps down +4x17 steps down +15 steps down +3 steps down)
Changing trains at Holborn – You must use stairs when changing between the Central/Piccadilly line platforms
Changing trains at Mile End – Changing between the Central/District/H&C line is on the same platform if the trains are running in the same direction, but you must use stairs if they are running in the opposite direction
Bromley-By-Bow exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs from the westbound platform (14 steps up +13 steps up), or three flights of stairs from the eastbound platform (6 steps up +8 steps up +13 steps up)
