Borough entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the northbound platform, but you must use a lift and two flights of stairs to the southbound platform (10 steps down +8 steps down). Changing trains at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street
Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
