Bond Street entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs from the Oxford Street southside entrance to the booking hall (5 steps down +20 steps down +5 steps down), or two flights from the Oxford Street northside/​Stratford Plaza entrance (19 steps down +9 steps down), or one flight of 7 stairs plus an escalator from the Davies Street entrance, or an escalator from the Gilbert Street entrance. After that there are two more escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms, or one escalator plus 21 steps to the Central line platforms

North Acton exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (2x13 steps up from the eastbound platform, or 13 steps up +15 steps up from the westbound platform)
