Bromley-By-Bow has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Blackwall entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (9 steps up +16 steps up +4 steps up +2x16 steps up)

Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Bromley-By-Bow exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs from the westbound platform (14 steps up +13 steps up), or three flights of stairs from the eastbound platform (6 steps up +8 steps up +13 steps up)
