After that you can use an escalator down to the Victoria line platforms, but you must use two flights of stairs to the London Overground platforms (13 steps down +12 steps down)

Changing trains at Aldgate East – Changing between the District and H&C line is on the same platform
Stepney Green exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (20 steps up +15 steps up +9 steps up)

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
